About Weebly

Greg is building websites in a cloud product called / provided by www.weebly.com 

• Weebly provides a template driven, drag and drop content building system that is far less complicated than many packaged, non-cloud development tools.
  
  
• Weebly is used world-wide and is well established supporting literally hundreds of thousands of sites.
  
  
• For building and editing purposes, a Weebly built site can be accessed from any computer by using a UN and PW.
  
  
• Weebly does provide an account that is FREE (I often use this when initially constructing someone’s site).  BUT, to use a personal domain name (www.myname.com), and to gain full access to the development panel, a paid for account must be established.  I suggest the 2 year plan (renewable) – Price is $119 ($4.96 per month avg) and includes hosting. 
  
  
• Paid for accounts are set up with a credit card.  NOTE that this is separate from purchasing or renewing a Domain Name.
  
  
• Cost for building your site cannot be determined until we visit and I learn more about your needs. We can discuss a set rate for the initial construction and related time on task for other related.
  
  
• I do provide site maintenance and updating as needed at $65 per hour prorated in 15 minute increments – Sometimes, with Weebly, clients like to be able to update their site themselves.  This can be done with some instruction.  I also have been creating “How To…” videos, using a client’s site as the backdrop, in providing instruction.
